Introduction
This policy meets the requirements set out in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (2000, c. 5). Parts of this policy exceed the minimum requirements, proving to users that MEDIAL is a company that is serious and careful about maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of collected data. By accessing medial.ca, you accept all the terms and conditions of this policy and agree to abide by them. You also agree to abide by the terms of use of the website.
Amendments to the confidentiality policy
MEDIAL undertakes to notify users, by means of the website, of any changes or amendments to this policy. This notification will appear on the home page as a link for 30 days following the date of amendment. MEDIAL undertakes never to disclose information collected on the website to a third party without your consent. To provide you with customized service, MEDIAL may advise you that one of its partners may interest you, in which case you will always be notified in advance. You may always refuse the offer if it does not appear to be relevant.
In the event that MEDIAL conducts a website user analysis to generate statistics, it would compile the collected data in a depersonalized report. From that report it will not be possible, in viewing the report, to associate any data with a particular user or group of users.

MEDIAL is obliged to disclose personal and confidential information as set out in subsections 7(2), 7(2), 7(3), 7(4) and 7(5) of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (2000, c. 5). Any user-requested deletion or destruction of files is always performed in a secure manner depending on the sensitivity of the information.
Means of communications used
We use your personal contact information to send you messages by email (or any other means of communication) to notify you about website updates or any other information about the fields of activity dealt with by MEDIAL. You may stop receiving these messages at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. As well, you may send an email message to info@medial.ca to have all your personal information deleted, including your registration information and your account.
